Sitting With Pirates & Thieves

Sitting with pirates & thieves

But you’re wandering about the old oak tree

You know you can never go home

Wishing for a life when you weren’t so free

You sold your precious soul

But there’s nothing left to retrieve

You’ll spend your ending days

Dying with those pirates & thieves

  1. First of all, I’m honored you followed my blog. Second, I love your poetry! Insightful, eloquent and nail the feelings in so few words. I’m going to enjoy reading so many of your poems. Do you have a book of poetry out yet?

      1. I do think your poetry is worthy of a book! Look how many followers and how many likes you have! There is definitely an audience out there that identifies with what you write. Yes, publish a book. Self-publish or regular route, I’m sure it would be warmly welcomed!
